Stephen delivered my piano today (5th June 2016). It was a difficult pickup and a difficult delivery and I was most impressed by his professionalism and care. Miraculously the tuning of the instrument seemed to be hardly affected by the journey and it was so controlled that there was never any possibility of anything going wrong.
